SERVICE FLOW

Due to product faulty, logistic problem, or any reason caused by Huawei, customer can get exchange/repair service by below 2 solutions. Also customer can go to Huawei Authorized Service Centre( ASC) for warranty service.
 

1. ONLINE SERVICE FROM shop.huawei.com/ae-en/ (RECOMMENDED)

Step 1: Call hotline 80066600, or send an email to support.mea@huawei.com for service.
 
Step 2: Customer Service would initiate an exchange/repair application. You are required to provide buyer information, product IMEI, fault description filled in an exchange form.
 
Step 3: Send defected unit to ASC, customer can go by himself / herself or customer can avail VIP service by calling hotline 80066600 and get free door-to-door service.
 
Step 4: Huawei ASC engineer will do inspection on the defected unit.
 
Step 5: After inspection passed, customer can receive the exchange/repair unit within five (5) working days, generally (count from the date warehouse receives returned unit and depends on inventory availability).
 

2. VISIT HUAWEI ASC FOR EXCHANGE/REPAIR SERVICE

Step 1: Customer visit ASC for exchange/repair service.
 
Step 2: ASC inspect on the defected unit.
 
Step 3: After inspection passed, usually you can collect the replacement/repaired unit from ASC in five (5) working days, generally (count from the date warehouse receives the returned unit and depends on inventory availability).
 

REMARKS:

1. DEFECT IN EXCHANGEABLE PERIOD.

Models of Huawei series can be exchanged within 7 days from receipt date.
 

2. DEFECT BEYOND EXCHANGEABLE PERIOD AND WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD FROM THE RECEIPT DATE

All models can get repair service if product defect occur beyond exchangeable period within warranty period.
