Step 1: Call hotline 1800-220086, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for service.
Step 2: Customer service would initiate an exchange application. You are required to provide buyer information, product IMEI, fault description and filled in an exchange form.
Step 3: Huawei would collect defect unit from customer. Customer who return defect unit to Huawei warehouse by themselves would get a Huawei voucher valued RM15 for reimbursement.
Step 4: Huawei warehouse engineer will do inspection on the defect unit.
Step 5: After inspection passed, customer can received the exchange unit in 5 working days (count from the date warehouse receive returned unit).
