Campaign Mechanism Eligibility
2.1 This Campaign is open to all registered customers of HUAWEI Online Official Store on the website, https://shop.HUAWEI.com/my (“HUAWEI Store”) who are residents of Malaysia, and aged 18 years old and above as of 12th June 2020 (“Customer(s)”).
2.2 Customer must login to HUAWEI Store to participate in this Campaign.
Campaign Events
2.3 This Campaign consists of the following six (6) events, which will run according to the respective event period as set out below: -
i.RM160 Voucher
2.4 This RM160 Voucher event will run from 12th June 2020, 12:00 AM (GMT+8) to 19th June 2020, 11:59 PM (GMT+8) (“RM160 Voucher Period”).
2.5 Customers are able to grab a RM160 Voucher for HUAWEI Store during the RM160 Voucher Period.
2.6 The RM160 Voucher under this RM160 Voucher event is only applicable for the purchase of selected HUAWEI 160 Products as set out in the following table on 19th June 2020, within 12.00AM (GMT+8) and 11.59PM (GMT+8): -
2.7 All RM160 Vouchers for this RM160 Voucher event must be used on 19th June 2020, within 12.00AM (GMT+8) and 11.59PM (GMT+8) and is valid for one-time use only. Any RM160 Voucher not used on the 19th June 2020 will be automatically forfeited and cease to have any effect.
2.8 Customer who purchases the selected HUAWEI 160 Product using the RM160 Voucher will receive the Free Gifts as set out in the above table.
2.9 Each Customer of the same registered account of HUAWEI Online Official Store is entitled to receive a maximum of one (1) unit of RM160 Voucher only throughout the RM160 Voucher Period.
2.10 All RM160 Vouchers received by the Customer will be credited automatically into eligible Customer’s registered account in the “Coupon” section under “My Account”.
2.11 Only one (1) RM160 Voucher can be redeemed per order (i.e. for the entire shopping cart comprising that transaction).
2.12 All RM160 Vouchers for this RM160 Voucher event cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
2.13 All RM160 Vouchers for this RM160 Voucher event cannot be enjoyed with any other offers, promotions, vouchers or rebates applicable on HUAWEI Store.
2.14 All RM160 Vouchers for this RM160 Voucher event is based on first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last.
2.15 Free Gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items, and are non-transferable.
2.16 Free Gifts are not covered by warranty.
2.17 Free Gifts are available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.
2.18 All RM160 Vouchers under this RM160 Voucher event are only applicable for purchases made on HUAWEI Online Store.
ii.Flash Deals
2.19 This Flash Deals event will run on 19th June 2020 at 10.08 AM (GMT+8) on HUAWEI Online Store.
2.20 The following table details the Flash Deal Products and Flash Deal Prices available for this Flash Deals event: -
2.21 By successfully placing an order in this Flash Deals event on HUAWEI Online Store, the Customer is entitled to purchase the Flash Deal Product at the Flash Deal Price stated above.
2.22 Each Customer with the same registered account of HUAWEI Online Store can only purchase a maximum of one (1) unit of each Flash Deal Product on each day under this Flash Deals event.
2.23 The Flash Deal Products sold in this Flash Deals event are offered on first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
2.24 The offers under this Flash Deals event cannot be enjoyed with any other offers, vouchers, promotions or rebates applicable on HUAWEI Online Store.
iii.Must Buy
2.25 This Must Buy event will run only on 19th June 2020, from 12.00AM (GMT+8) till 11.59PM (GMT+8) (“Must Buy Period”) on HUAWEI Online Store.
2.26 Customer who purchases a Must Buy Product within the Must Buy Period will be able to purchase the Must Buy Products at the Must Buy Price and to receive the corresponding Free Gifts (where applicable).
2.27 The Must Buy Products sold in this Must Buy event are offered on first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.
2.28 Each Customer with the same registered account of HUAWEI Online Store can only purchase a maximum of three (3) units of each Must Buy Product throughout the Must Buy Period.
2.29 The Must Buy Price is only applicable to purchases of the below Must Buy Products made on the HUAWEI Online Store within the Must Buy Period.
2.30 The following table details the Must Buy Products and Must Buy Price available for this Must Buy event during the Must Buy Period: -
2.31 Free Gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items, and are non-transferable.
2.32 Free Gifts are not covered by warranty.
2.33 Free Gifts are available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
iv.Rush Hour
2.34 This Rush Hour event will run only on 19th June 2020, from 12.00AM (GMT+8) till 1.00AM (GMT+8) (“Rush Hour Period”) on HUAWEI Online Store.
2.35 Customers will be able to purchase the selected Rush Hour Products on the respective Rush Hour Price from HUAWEI Online Store within the Rush Hour Period as set out below: -
2.36 By successfully placing an order in this Rush Hour event on HUAWEI Store, the Customer is entitled to purchase the Rush Hour Product at the Rush Hour l Price stated above.
2.37 Each Customer with the same registered account of HUAWEI Store can only purchase a maximum of one (1) unit of each Rush Hour Product under this Rush Hour event.
2.38 The selected Rush Hour Products sold in this Rush Hour event are offered on first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.
2.39 The offers under this Rush Hour event cannot be enjoyed with any other offers, vouchers, promotions or rebates applicable on HUAWEI Store.
v.New Arrivals
2.40 This New Arrivals event will run from on 19th June 2020, from 12.00AM (GMT+8) until 30th June 2020, 11:59 PM (GMT+8) (“New Arrivals Period”) on HUAWEI Store.
2.41 Customer who purchases a New Arrivals Product within the New Arrivals Period will receive the corresponding Free Gifts as set out in the table below: -
2.42 The New Arrivals Products sold in this event are offered on first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.
2.43 The New Arrivals offer is only applicable to purchases of the New Arrivals Products made on the HUAWEI Store within the New Arrivals Period.
2.44 Free Gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items, and are non-transferable.
2.45 Free Gifts are not covered by warranty.
2.46 Free Gifts are available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.

General3.1 All offers, free gifts and vouchers available through this Campaign are applicable only to purchases made on the HUAWEI Malaysia Official Online Store.
3.2 The Customer agrees and provides consent to Organiser to the use of any Personal Data as provided by the Customer for the purpose of participation in this Campaign in line with the Personal Data Protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by Organiser for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Campaign including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Campaign.
3.3 By providing the personal data, Customer indicates that he/she has read, understood and agreed to be bound by Organiser’s Privacy Policy stated at https://shop.HUAWEI.com/my/cmsContent?key=web_cms_privacy . The Customer agrees that Organiser and/or its agent and/or its third party service providers may contact them by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Campaign.
3.4 In the event any voucher, free gift or prizes are being awarded to the Customer having provided false or mistaken identity or information, Organiser shall have the right to revoke the Customer’s eligibility for the said voucher, free gift or prizes.
3.5 By participating in the Campaign, Customers agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions and Organiser’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. Organiser reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this Campaign.
3.6 In accepting the voucher, free gift or prizes, the Customer agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Campaign. The Customers agree to grant Organiser a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs, voice, biographical information and/or statements, at any time or times, in all media types worldwide for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
3.7 Organiser assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons including, but not limited to, network transmission failure.
3.8 Organiser shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the Customer in connection or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this Campaign.
3.9 The Customer agrees to discharge and release Organiser from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign or to the Customer’s entry in the Campaign.
3.10 The Customer further agrees to discharge and release any third party which is related to and connected with this Campaign, including Facebook, from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign or to the Customer’s entry in the Campaign.
3.11 Without prejudice to the foregoing and save where otherwise prohibited by law, (i) in no event shall Organiser be liable to any party including the Participant for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, howsoever remote even if such losses were foreseeable or if Organiser were advised of the possibility of such damages; and (ii) if Organiser is adjudicated by a local court of competent jurisdiction to be liable for any losses or damages arising out of or is in any way connected to this Campaign and any events therein, Organiser’s total liability shall in no event exceed RM50.00.
3.12 By entering into this Campaign, the Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Organiser and the Organiser’s group of companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by Organiser due to or in any way arising from this Campaign.
3.13 If Customers are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Campaign, Organiser reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under the full extent of the applicable laws.
3.14 All Customers are required to fill in their shipping address in order to complete the purchase.
3.15 To confirm order(s), Customers must make FULL payment within 2 Hours. Order(s) without FULL payment made shall be cancelled automatically after 2 hours.
3.16 Notwithstanding the above, it usually takes a standard 3 to 5 working day for item shipping. Expected delivery dates are however indicative. Please be aware that occasionally actions beyond our control result in delays in delivery. For this reason, Organiser reserves the rights to extend the expected delivery dates.
3.17 Item(s) color may vary from the illustrated photo(s), depending on the computer/devices screen resolutions.
3.18 No cash alternative to the offers, vouchers or free gifts will be offered. The offers, vouchers and free gifts are not transferable and/or exchangeable, including color options. Offers, vouchers and free gifts are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any offers, vouchers or free gift with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
3.19 If offers, vouchers or free gifts are manufactured by third parties, no after-sales services are to be provided by Organiser to Customers and no warranty for the qualities of the offers, vouchers or free gifts.
3.20 This Campaign and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
