“Huawei X AirAsia Membership Program” Terms & Conditions:

  1. This “Huawei X AirAsia Membership Program” (“Campaign”) is jointly organized by Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“Huawei”) and Think Big Digital Sdn Bhd (“Big”), (Huawei and Big are collectively referred to as “Organisers”).
  2. By participating in this Campaign, all participants (“Participants”) will be deemed to have read, understood and expressly agreed to be bound by this Terms & Conditions and any additional terms and conditions stipulated by the Organisers (as may be applicable) including the decisions of the Organisers in all matters relating thereto.
  3. This Campaign will commence from 15th August 2018, 12:00am (GMT +8) to 27th August 2018, 11:59pm (“Campaign Period”). Huawei reserves the right to change any of the Campaign Period at any time without notice to customer.
  4. This Campaign is open to all Huawei Online Store registered users on our website, https://shop.huawei.com/my (“Huawei Online Store”) & AirAsia Big Members, and who are residents of Malaysia, aged 18 years old and above.
  5. The products sold in this Campaign are subject to first come first served basis and while stocks last.
  6. This Campaign consists of One (1) event:
      (a)Huawei Nova 3 (Red) Discount Coupon Grab Event
    1. This “Huawei Nova 3 (Red) Discount Coupon Grab Event” will commence from 6th August 2018, 12:00am to 27th August 2018, 11:59pm.
    2. Each discount coupon is worth up to RM 500 (“Coupon”) for purchase of Huawei Nova 3 (Red) only on Huawei Online Store. This Coupon will be valid from 14th August 2018 to 15th September 2018. Huawei will make available 1000 units of Huawei Nova 3 (Red) for this event. This Coupon will be invalid once 1000 units of Huawei Nova 3 (red) are sold out.
    3. Customer is required to provide AirAsia Membership ID to verify, Huawei will compound user data every Monday. Once customer is verified as AirAsia member, Huawei will be providing the Coupon to Huawei Online Store Account under “My Coupon”, customer can utilize the Coupon upon check out.
    4. Customer must be an existing BIG member (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BIG under the name “BIG Loyalty”) and have a unique registration number known as the “BIG member ID” issued by BIG at the point of participation in the Campaign.
    5. Customer have flown at least once with AirAsia under the AirAsia Membership ID provided
    6. In addition to the Coupon, AirAsia will be offering 500 big points and will be directly credit to customer’s AirAsia Big Account once the Coupon being utilize to purchase Huawei Nova 3 (Red) and verified by AirAsia.
    7. The products sold in this Campaign are subject to first come first served basis and while stocks last.
    8. Each customer is only allowed to participate once.
  7. Only Customer that fulfil the Campaign Requirements are eligible to participate in the Campaign. Any incomplete entries and/or Customer that fail to fulfil the Campaign requirements will automatically be disqualified from the Campaign without notice.
  8. All customers are required to fill in their shipping address in order to complete the purchase.
  9. To confirm order(s), customers must make FULL payment within 4 Hours. Order(s) without FULL payment made shall be cancelled automatically after 4 hours.
  10. Notwithstanding the above, it usually takes a standard 2 to 3 working day for item shipping. Expected delivery dates are however indicative. Please be aware that occasionally actions beyond our control result in delays in delivery. For this reason, Huawei reserves the rights to extend the expected delivery dates.
  11. Item(s) color may vary from the illustrated photo(s), depending on the computer / devices screen resolutions.
  12. The customer agrees and provides consent to Huawei to the use of any personal data as provided by the participant for the purpose of participation in this event in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by Huawei for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this event including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this event. Notwithstanding the above, participants are required to read, acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy attached to Huawei.
  13. By participating in the event, customers agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this event and Huawei’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. Huawei reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this event.
  14. Huawei shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the Customer in connection or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this event.
  15. The Customer agrees to discharge and release Huawei from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this event.
  16. The Organisers reserve their right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign with or without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organisers shall not entitle the Customer to any claim or compensation against the Organisers for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or not indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
  17. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to substitute and/or replace the BIG Points from time to time without any prior notice to the Customers.
  18. The Organisers reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any Customer and/or to forfeit the BIG Points from any they believe has undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities or other activities harmful to this Campaign or to the Organisers.
  19. Customers may be contacted, at any time deemed appropriate by the Organisers, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Organisers.
  20. The BIG Points are not exchangeable and/or transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  21. The Organisers accept no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted or misdirected booking whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise.
  22. The Organisers, subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Campaign (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  23. The terms and conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representation contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Campaign.
  24. The Organisers reserve the absolute right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions (wholly or in part) from time to time without any prior notice to the Customers.
  25. The decision of the Organisers in relation to every aspect of the Campaign including but not limited to the BIG Points award and Customers shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstances and no appeal or complaint from any Customers will be entertained.
  26. Without prejudice to the foregoing:-
    1. save where otherwise prohibited by law, in no event shall Huawei be liable to any party including the Customer for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, howsoever remote even if such losses were foreseeable or if Huawei were advised of the possibility of such damages; and
    2. If Huawei are adjudicated by a local court of competent jurisdiction to be liable for any losses or damages arising out of or is in any way connected to this contest, Huawei’s total liability shall in no event exceed RM1, 000.00.
  27. This sale event and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle all disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with or in relation to this contest.
  28. Huawei reserves all the rights at all times to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions of this event or to cancel it with immediate effect without giving any prior notice to any party.
